I am interested in deploying a POSprinter under POS for .NET.
However, with most (all) other hardware such as pinpads, scanners they
must be directly connected to the PC via USB/serial/parallel port to
work correctly.

Can a POS printer be connected via Ethernet(TCP/IP) and still work
with POS for .NET?
Can multiple POS for .NET workstations share a single pos printer?

Specifically, I have a client that wants to use a single POS Printer
and share it among several POS for .NET workstations using a static IP
address.

I cant really find any good information on this in the documentation
so any thoughts would be appreciated.

EPSON has a receipt printer (TM-T88IV) that connects over Ethernet or
802.11x. It might be possible to have an SO access the device. The SO would
have to access the local Ethernet driver. Of course two systems couldn't
open and claim the printer at the same time. The call to print would do the
full open, claim, process, release, close.

Yes absolutely. Just make sure your application that you develop or
obtain uses the Windows drivers. The printer will come or should come
with the drivers for the ethernet connection and make sure to share
the printer in the network.

Yes it is possible. With v1.12 of POS for .NET you can also provide PnP
for the app as long as you have a way to discover the device on the
network.
